Why isn't sound playing when my screen is locked?
Lull uses background audio mode, so it should continue playing when your screen is locked. If it stops, try this: open Settings → Lull → make sure Background App Refresh is enabled. Also check that you haven't set Low Power Mode, which can sometimes interrupt background audio. If the problem persists, force-quit the app and reopen it.
How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?
Open Lull → Settings → tap "Unlock Premium", then tap "Already purchased? Restore". Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and restores at no charge. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used originally. If your trial has ended, the same Restore button is on the unlock screen.
What do I get during the free trial?
There is no split any more. For your first 7 days you get the entire app — all 50 sounds, unlimited mixing, sleep timers, Apple Watch. Nothing is held back. After 7 days Lull needs the one-time $5.99 unlock to keep playing.
Sound stopped when my headphones disconnected. How do I prevent this?
This is a configurable setting. Go to Settings (gear icon on the home screen) → turn off "Pause on Headphone Disconnect." When this is off, audio continues through your phone's speaker when headphones disconnect.
How do I set a sleep timer?
While a sound is playing, tap the mini-player at the bottom to open the Now Playing / Mixer screen. Tap "Sleep Timer" to set a duration. You can choose quick picks (30m, 1h, 2h, 4h, 8h) or a specific stop time. The app will fade out over the duration set in Settings → Fade Out.
How do I save a custom mix?
Build your mix in the Mixer screen (tap the mini-player to open it, then add sounds and adjust volumes). When you're happy with it, tap "Save as Mix" at the bottom. Give it a name. Your saved mixes appear in the "Your Mixes" section on the home screen.
Does Lull work without Wi-Fi?
Yes, completely. All sounds are stored on-device. Lull never streams audio. It works in airplane mode, in areas with no signal, anywhere. No internet connection is ever required to play sounds.
Is there a subscription? Does the trial auto-charge?
No subscription. Lull is free for 7 days, and the trial never charges you or converts on its own — nothing is taken from you automatically, ever. If you want to keep using Lull after the trial, it is a one-time $5.99 purchase. You are never charged again: no renewal, no annual plan.
