The short version
Lull does not collect personal data. There are no accounts and no tracking. The app uses a privacy-first analytics service to count anonymous usage events — no names, no emails, no device identifiers, nothing that can be traced back to you.
What we collect
No personal data is collected. Specifically:
- No account or login is required
- No advertising identifiers are used
- No names, emails, or contact details are collected
- No location data is collected
Anonymous analytics
Lull uses TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage statistics. This helps us understand which features are used and how the app is performing, so we can improve it.
TelemetryDeck is designed to be privacy-first:
- No IP addresses are stored
- No device identifiers (such as IDFA or IDFV) are used
- Users are represented by a daily-rotating anonymized hash that cannot be traced back to a real person
- Data is never sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers
- Not used for cross-app or cross-site tracking
The data collected includes anonymous event counts (e.g. app launched, sound played, timer set), app version, and device OS version. None of this is linked to your identity.

Data stored on your device
Lull stores your preferences, custom mixes, and settings locally on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults and local files). This data never leaves your device and is only accessible to the Lull app.
In-app purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Lull never sees or handles your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to the transaction. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
Network requests
All sounds are stored on-device and the app works with no internet connection. The only network requests the app makes are anonymous analytics signals sent to TelemetryDeck, as described above.
This website (lull.app) is hosted on Cloudflare and standard web server logs may record your IP address and browser type as part of normal web infrastructure. We do not use any analytics service on this website.
Children
Lull does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages.
